SalesFire Consulting LLC

Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 8, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) and SalesFire Consulting LLC (“SalesFire,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the website located at www.salesfireconsulting.com and all related subdomains, pages, and content (the “Site”), together with all courses, coaching programs, community access, memberships, digital products, free resources, newsletters, and related services we make available (collectively with the Site, the “Services”).

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE OR ANY OF THE SERVICES — WHETHER AS A VISITOR, A SUBSCRIBER TO FREE CONTENT, OR A PAYING CUSTOMER — YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy by reference.

1.  Definitions

  • “Content” means all materials made available through the Services, including courses, videos, worksheets, frameworks, methodologies, templates, software tools and applications, text, graphics, and logos.
  • “Free Resources” means any free trial, lead magnet, downloadable resource, blog post, article, video, or other content made available at no charge.
  • “Paid Services” means the courses, coaching programs, memberships, and other products offered for a fee.
  • “User Content” means any content you submit, post, or share through the Services, including community posts, comments, and messages.

2.  Scope, Eligibility & Acceptance

These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including visitors who merely browse the Site, individuals who access Free Resources, and paying customers. Different sections may apply to you depending on how you use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and, if acting on behalf of an entity, have authority to bind that entity.

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

3.  The Services & Program Tiers

SalesFire provides business and sales education, training, coaching, and community access for professionals in the recruiting and staffing industry. Paid Services are delivered through our third-party course and community platform, Kajabi, and may be offered in the following tiers. Specific pricing is presented at checkout.

3.1  Tier 1 — Course

A one-time purchase providing lifetime access to the online course content. “Lifetime” means for as long as SalesFire continues to offer and maintain the course and its hosting platform. Does not include group or one-on-one coaching.

3.2  Tier 2 — Course + Group

Includes lifetime course access plus twelve (12) weeks of access to the live group coaching program and community. After the initial 12 weeks, you may elect to continue access for a recurring fee of $197 per month, billed monthly until canceled. Continuation is optional and does not affect your lifetime course access.

3.3  Tier 3 — Premium (1:1 Coaching)

Includes the online course, the group program, and one-on-one coaching with Brian Lile. May be purchased as a one-time payment or via a three (3) month payment plan, and includes six (6) months of community access.

We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue any tier, feature, or component at any time. Where a change materially affects a tier you purchased, we will provide notice as described in Section 18.

4.  Free Resources, Free Trial & Lead Magnets

We may offer Free Resources, including a free trial, lead magnets, and free blog or video content. Free Resources are provided “as is,” for general informational and educational purposes only, and may be modified, limited, or withdrawn at any time without notice. We have no obligation to maintain, update, or continue providing any Free Resource.

Free Resources remain our intellectual property and are subject to the same restrictions as all other Content (Section 8). Access to a free trial does not entitle you to ongoing access once the trial period ends.

5.  Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

  • Access, scrape, harvest, crawl, or index any part of the Services using automated means (bots, spiders, scrapers) without our written permission;
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any software, tool, or application provided through the Services;
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features, access controls, or usage limits;
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or launch any denial-of-service or similar attack;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or our systems;
  • Use the Services to transmit unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful material; or
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating access and reporting to law enforcement, against anyone who violates this Section.

6.  Payment Terms

6.1  Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Kajabi Payments, powered by Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to the applicable processor terms. See the Stripe Services Agreement and Kajabi Terms of Service. We do not store full payment card details.

6.2  Buy-Now-Pay-Later (BNPL)

We may offer BNPL financing through Klarna and Afterpay. Any BNPL arrangement is solely between you and the provider under its own terms. SalesFire is not a party to and is not responsible for your BNPL financing.

6.3  Payment Plans

A payment plan is a binding commitment to pay the full purchase price of the selected tier in scheduled installments. It is not a subscription that can be canceled to avoid the remaining balance. You authorize automatic charges for each installment until paid in full.

If a scheduled payment fails or is missed, your access will be suspended until the outstanding payment is made, at which point access is restored. Suspension does not relieve you of your obligation to pay the full remaining balance. SalesFire remains legally entitled to all amounts owed and reserves the right to pursue collection.

6.4  Recurring Subscriptions

The optional $197/month group and community continuation (Tier 2) renews automatically each month until canceled via the community homepage. Upon cancellation, access continues through the end of the current paid period and then ends. Failed recurring payments may result in suspension or termination.

6.5  Taxes & Currency

All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes and any fees charged by your bank, card issuer, or BNPL provider.

7.  Refund Policy & 30-Day Guarantee

30-Day Conditional Guarantee. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on Tier 1 (Course) and Tier 2 (Course + Group) purchases, subject to ALL of the following:

  • The request is made within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase;
  • You have completed the first three (3) course modules and the accompanying worksheets; and
  • After completing that work, you genuinely do not feel you received clear, actionable value.

Proof of completion is required, including submitted worksheets and platform completion tracking. Requests not meeting every condition will not qualify.

The 30-Day Guarantee does not apply to Tier 3 (Premium 1:1), which is non-refundable.

Payment Plans. Amounts paid under a plan are refundable only within the 30-day window above. After 30 days, all payment plan amounts are non-refundable and the full remaining balance remains due.

Except as expressly stated, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

  • Modify, translate, or create derivative works; or

8.4  Enforcement & Remedies

You acknowledge that unauthorized use, sharing, or reproduction of the Content would cause SalesFire irreparable harm for which monetary damages are inadequate. In addition to all other remedies, SalesFire is entitled to immediate injunctive relief without bond, immediate revocation of access without refund, and recovery of its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.

9.  User Content & Feedback

You retain ownership of User Content you submit, but you grant SalesFire a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Services. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any law or third-party right.

If you provide suggestions or feedback about the Services, you grant us an unrestricted right to use it for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, remove, or edit User Content at our sole discretion.

10.  Educational Purpose & No Guarantee of Results

The Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. The Content reflects the opinions, experience, and methods of Brian Lile and SalesFire. It is not, and should not be relied upon as, legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. Consult your own qualified professionals before making business, financial, or legal decisions.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS OR EARNINGS. SalesFire does not guarantee any particular result, outcome, revenue, income, or level of success. Any examples, testimonials, or case studies are not a promise or guarantee of your results. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort, skill, experience, and market conditions. You may earn more, less, or nothing at all. You assume the entire risk of applying any information from the Services.

Testimonials. Testimonials reflect specific individuals’ experiences and are not typical. Individual results will vary.

11.  Assumption of Risk & Release

You voluntarily choose to use the Services and assume all risks associated with implementing any strategy, advice, or material provided. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and discharge SalesFire Consulting LLC and Brian Lile from any and all claims, demands, or damages arising out of or relating to your business decisions, results, or actions taken based on the Services.

12.  Community Guidelines & User Conduct

Group coaching and community features are provided through the Kajabi Community platform. When participating, you agree to:

  • Be respectful. No harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, threats, or abuse.
  • No spam or solicitation. No advertisements, unsolicited promotions, or recruiting members for unrelated products or services.
  • Respect intellectual property. Do not share or distribute SalesFire’s Content or others’ copyrighted material unlawfully.
  • Maintain confidentiality. Keep confidential any non-public business information shared by other members; do not disclose or use it outside the community.

Peer discussion is not professional advice. Comments and discussions by Brian Lile or other members are for general informational and peer-support purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or tax advice.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to remove content and to suspend or terminate access for any conduct we determine violates these guidelines or these Terms.

13.  Third-Party Links, Platforms & Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, and content, including YouTube, social media, and our service providers (e.g., Kajabi, Stripe, Klarna, Afterpay). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and governed by their terms. Links do not imply endorsement.

14.  Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, at any time if you violate these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or our intellectual property rights, or for non-payment.

Termination for Cause. If your access is terminated for a violation of these Terms (including conduct or IP violations), you will not be entitled to any refund, you forfeit all remaining access, and any outstanding payment plan balance remains immediately due and payable. We may also terminate or suspend access for any user, including visitors, who misuse the Site.

15.  Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE, SERVICES, AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SalesFire disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. Access depends on third-party platforms (including Kajabi), and we are not responsible for their availability or performance.

16.  Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SALESFIRE CONSULTING LLC, BRIAN LILE, AND THEIR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Services, even if advised of the possibility.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SALESFIRE FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

BASIS OF THE BARGAIN. You acknowledge that these limitations are an essential basis of the bargain and that SalesFire would not provide the Services without them. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some may not apply to you; in such cases our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

17.  Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SalesFire Consulting LLC, Brian Lile, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (d) any User Content you post or share.

18.  Modifications to the Terms & Services

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at the address associated with your account. The “Effective Date” indicates when these Terms were last revised. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

19.  Dispute Resolution, Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS SECTION AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO SUE IN COURT AND TO HAVE A JURY TRIAL.

19.1  Informal Resolution

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact us at the email in Section 22 and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.

19.2  Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules, seated in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

19.3  Class Action Waiver

YOU AND SALESFIRE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any representative or class proceeding.

19.4  Exceptions

Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court, and SalesFire may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect its intellectual property (Section 8).

20.  Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute relating to them or the Services are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to Section 19, any permitted legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.

21.  General Provisions

21.1  Force Majeure

SalesFire is not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government action, pandemic, power or internet failures, or failures of third-party platforms or service providers.

21.2  Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

21.3  Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may freely assign these Terms, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

21.4  Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any terms presented at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and SalesFire and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

21.5  No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. No waiver is effective unless in writing.

21.6  Survival

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and outstanding payment obligations — survive termination of these Terms or your access.

21.7  No Third-Party Beneficiaries

These Terms do not confer any rights on any third party, except that Brian Lile and our affiliates are intended beneficiaries of the disclaimers, releases, and limitations herein.

21.8  Electronic Communications & Acceptance

You consent to receive communications from us electronically and agree that electronic acceptance (including clicking “I agree,” completing a purchase, or using the Services) has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
