This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you visit our website at www.salesfireconsulting.com (the “Site”), use our online course portal, participate in our coaching programs and community, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy applies to all users — website visitors, subscribers to free content and newsletters, and paying customers. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

1.  Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

1.1  Information You Provide Directly

  • Identity & contact data: your name and email address when you create an account, purchase a program, sign up for our newsletter, request a free resource, or contact us.
  • Payment information: when you make a purchase, payment details (such as card information) are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card numbers.
  • User content: information you submit within the community, coaching sessions, worksheets, comments, or messages.
  • Communications: records of your correspondence with us.

1.2  Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and usage patterns. See Section 5 (Cookies & Tracking Technologies).

2.  How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including delivering courses, coaching, and community access;
  • Process payments, manage payment plans, and fulfill your purchases;
  • Create and manage your account and authenticate your access;
  • Send you administrative and transactional communications (e.g., receipts, account notices, policy updates);
  • Send marketing emails and newsletters, where permitted (you may opt out at any time);
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;
  • Analyze and improve the Services, and measure the effectiveness of our content and advertising;
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and violations of our Terms; and
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

3.  How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described below:

3.1  Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who process it on our behalf to operate the Services, including:

  • Kajabi — our course, membership, and community platform;
  • Stripe — payment processing (via Kajabi Payments);
  • Klarna and Afterpay — optional buy-now-pay-later financing;
  • Google Analytics, Meta (Meta Pixel), and LinkedIn (Insight Tag) — analytics and advertising measurement (currently in use and/or to be implemented; see Section 5).

3.2  Legal & Protective Disclosures

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others, or to enforce our Terms.

3.3  Business Transfers

If SalesFire is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4.  Analytics, Advertising & “Sharing”

We use and/or will implement analytics and advertising technologies — including Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag — to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure and improve our advertising. These technologies may collect information about your device and browsing activity and may set cookies.

When these advertising tools are active, the associated cookies/pixels may transmit identifiers to Meta, LinkedIn, or Google to deliver and measure ads. Under certain state privacy laws (such as California’s), this activity may be considered “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell your information for money. You can exercise choices about this activity as described in Section 6 (Your Privacy Rights) and Section 5 (Cookies).

5.  Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies on the Site. Cookies fall into the following categories:

  • Essential cookies: required for the Site, login, and checkout to function (including those set by our platform, Kajabi). These are always active.
  • Analytics cookies: help us understand Site usage (e.g., Google Analytics). In use and/or to be implemented.
  • Advertising cookies: used by the Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure and deliver advertising. In use and/or to be implemented.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through a cookie banner or preference tool on the Site. You can also opt out of certain advertising cookies via the Digital Advertising Alliance and Network Advertising Initiative, and adjust ad settings directly with Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. Disabling some cookies may affect Site functionality.

6.  Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. We honor the following rights for all users where applicable:

  • Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: request that we correct inaccurate information.
  • Deletion: request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Opt-out of marketing: unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in any email.
  • Opt-out of “sale”/“sharing”: opt out of any sharing of your information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address in Section 12. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

7.  California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA:

  • The right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose;
  • The right to delete personal information, subject to exceptions;
  • The right to correct inaccurate personal information;
  • The right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information; and
  • The right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We do not sell personal information for monetary value. However, our use of advertising cookies/pixels (Section 4) may constitute “sharing” under California law. To opt out, you may adjust your cookie/ad settings as described in Section 5, use a recognized opt-out preference signal (such as Global Privacy Control), or email us the request at the address in Section 12.

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

8.  EU/UK Privacy Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the following applies. SalesFire acts as the “data controller” of your personal data.

8.1  Legal Bases for Processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases: (a) performance of a contract (to deliver the Services you purchase); (b) your consent (e.g., for marketing emails and non-essential cookies); (c) our legitimate interests (e.g., to operate, secure, and improve the Services); and (d) compliance with legal obligations.

8.2  Your GDPR Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data; the right to data portability; and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8.3  International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for such transfers.

9.  Data Retention & Security

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or de-identify it.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, and we rely on the security measures of our platform providers (such as Kajabi and Stripe). However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10.  Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 (or under 13 within the meaning of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11.  Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” above indicates when it was last revised. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
